- Get in Shape, Lose Weight, and Have Fun Doing It! While boot camp sessions will vary, each will incorporate core conditioning, flexibility, agility drills, abdominal toning, cardiovascular exercises, interval training, circuit training, resistance training, balance training and strength building.

When one truly wants to become physically fit, incorporating cardio, strength training, and an appropriate diet into your daily routine, are three important elements. The most important part is obtaining consistency and making these adjustments a part of your lifestyle.
It's no secret that sometimes exercise can be a drag! Focusing on the positive and the feeling of accomplishment afterwards helps beat those feelings. Positive Food Choices
We all deserve a treat from time to time and even more so when we maintain a healthy daily diet, low in fat, calories and simple carbohydrates. Clients are encouraged to be aware of portion sizes, drink plenty of water, and eat small, healthy meals frequently.
Daily Diary Reports
Clients are encouraged to submit a daily food diary, to help them analyze their food intake and create a team environment towards their weight loss. Daily feedback and motivation goes a long way!
Exercise Recommendations
Fitness 360 will design a personal fitness program for you based on your goals, current fitness level, training frequency and pre-existing injuries. We are very creative, challenging and goal-oriented.
Post-Diet Weight Maintenance Plans
Once your weight loss goals have been achieved, we'll help you maintain that healthier state of mind by conquering those cravings and bouts of overeating. Overeating is often a response to stress, anxiety, and even elation. Fitness 360's philosophy is to deal with one issue at a time, and try to reduce the stress in your life, eventually helping you understand the important role food plays in a healthy lifestyle.
