Fitness 360 offers personal training in a private fitness studio conveniently located between Pacific Beach and Clairemont, at 4343 Morena Blvd. Suite 4, San Diego, CA, 92117. As a client, Fitness 360 provides you with many different training styles from which to choose. If you're looking for a private environment with a variety of training tools, the personal training studio is available with state of the art equipment. We will also travel to your home or office to personal train, providing all the necessary equipment for a full body workout. And for those who prefer group settings, outdoor boot camps and indoor circuit classes are also available.

Fitness 360 excels at motivating you through a variety of workout techniques based on your individual fitness level, medical history and goals. And Fitness 360 is committed to continuing health and fitness education in accordance with American Council on Exercise (ACE) guidelines.

Fitness 360 was founded by Matt Ryan in March 2006 as a solution to the often crowded and over-used commercial gym settings. Matt's area of study has been focused on the physiology of exercise, biomechanics of human movement and exercise for the aging. He's also worked with a wide range of people from high school athletes to the elderly, and those with a variety of disabilities. At Fitness 360, fitness is an important aspect of life, and our goal for clients is to create lifestyle changes by finding the type of exercise that best suits your interests, keeps you motivated and remains rewarding.

Fitness 360 is located in an ideal area, conveniently off the 5 just between Pacific Beach and Clairemont. There is easy access from either the 5 or the 52 giving you multiple routes to access the private studio. Fitness 360 is just south of Costco on Morena Blvd, making it ideal for those living and working in Clairemont, Pacific Beach, La Jolla, UTC, Mission Valley, Fashion Valley, Downtown, Kearny Mesa, Serra Mesa and Sorrento Valley.
